Prior to submitting a proposal, an applicant should review the Application Process. Proposals may be submitted electronically via our online process or a written proposal can be submitted. The Parker Foundation considers initial grant proposals in electronic or written format only. Board decisions are communicated in writing, usually within 60 days of receipt of the request.
